Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation processes for staff at Spunweb Nonwoven Limited. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with company standards and regulatory requirements. The HR Manager will manage payroll and perks administration in collaboration with finance, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.





Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting training and development programs, conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and fostering an inclusive, safe, and productive work environment. The role also requires regular collaboration with department heads to understand workforce needs, drive employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
