Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage performance appraisal processes, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, coordinating training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports.



The role also involves working closely with management and department heads to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic business goals.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Ability to design and manage training, development, and employee engagement programs to support a high-performance culture.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the manufacturing, distribution, or automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, record-keeping, HRIS or payroll systems, and preparation of HR reports and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably within distribution, retail, or automotive aftermarket industries.
