We're Hiring: HR Manager | FMS Dental, Hyderabad

FMS Dental has been building South Asia's most advanced dental and aesthetics network since 1993… today that includes 2 reputed FMS International Dental Centers in Hyderabad and Kochi, 10 multispecialty dental clinics, a full-fledged dental hospital with ICU and in-patient care and one of India's most advanced CAD-CAM labs… alongside our expansion into aesthetics through FMS Skin & Hair and FMS Sculpt. As we scale across Hyderabad, Kochi, and beyond, we're looking for an HR Manager who can build the people function that keeps pace with that growth.

What you'll own:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad and you'll be the backbone of HR across our clinics, hospitals and allied centers. That means:

- Leading recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle across multi-site clinical and non-clinical teams
- Designing HR policies that are fair, consistent and compliant and actually get followed
- Managing performance reviews and driving learning & development programs for both clinical and administrative staff
- Partnering closely with clinical and hospital leadership to solve real operational HR challenges
- Owning HRIS accuracy,



HR documentation and compliance with Indian labour law
- Building employee engagement and retention strategies suited to a healthcare workplace
- Using HR data and metrics to actually drive decisions, not just report on them

What you bring:

- Solid hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations… ideally in a multi-site or healthcare setup
- Strong grip on HR operations: policy, compliance, documentation, HRIS
- A track record of designing L&D; and career progression programs
- Excellent people skills… you can resolve conflict and build trust with everyone from junior staff to senior clinicians
- Experience driving culture and engagement initiatives through periods of growth or change
- Comfort working with HR data to inform real decisions
- A Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications a plus). An MBBS or BDS degree is preferred.
