Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development for salon and support staff.

The Human Resources

Manager will design and implement HR policies, maintain compliance with local labor regulations, and support a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the salon’s creative ethos. Day-to-day tasks include managing payroll and attendance records,



handling employee relations and conflict resolution, organizing training and upskilling initiatives, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. The role also involves supporting health and safety practices, coordinating benefits and HR administration, and providing HR guidance to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Human resources expertise, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and basic payroll and advantages administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, documentation, and process improvement.
- Experience designing and delivering training, coaching, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and general office tools; comfort with maintaining digital records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty/salon environments is beneficial, along with an interest in the creative industry.
