Flax – Health & Beyond Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a mid-level HR professional to join our growing team in Mumbai.

If you have 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in Hospitality / QSR / F&B; and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be responsible for:

- End-to-end recruitment for outlet, kitchen & corporate teams
- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance, payroll coordination & HR MIS
- Employee engagement & retention initiatives
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Performance management & disciplinary processes
- HR policies, processes & compliance
- Working closely with Operations and leadership teams

What we’re looking for:

✨ 3-4 years of HR experience

✨ Hospitality / QSR / F&B; background preferred

✨ Robust recruitment & employee-handling skills

✨ Good communication and stakeholder management





✨ Someone who takes ownership and can work independently

✨ Hands-on, positive and people-oriented approach
