Job Title: HR Manager

Role Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR functions for the Australian market. This role requires a strong understanding of Australian hiring practices, employment standards, and talent acquisition strategies. The individual will work closely with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with Australian labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australian roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Australian job market.
- Source candidates through job portals, Seek, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and professional networks in Australia.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for further evaluation.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary benchmarking, and negotiations as per Australian standards.
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws, Fair Work regulations, and hiring practices.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and HR documentation.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support HR operations, performance management, and policy implementation.




- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and external stakeholders.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international/Australian recruitment
- Strong understanding of Australian job market and employment regulations
- Experience using job portals like Seek, LinkedIn, and other global hiring platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines

- Experience on any ERP system for HR management will add advantage.
