Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across geographically distributed teams. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations, and supporting managers with workforce planning and organizational development.

Manager will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, learning and development, and a culture aligned with CloudGate’s values and business objectives. The role also requires collaborating closely with leadership to support growth in cloud, security, data, and AI practices through effective people strategies and HR analytics.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, compliance, and governance across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
- Ability to design and manage learning, development, and career growth programs for technical and non-technical teams.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure HR impact.
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces and managing culturally diverse, cross-border teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Background in IT services, cloud, or technology consulting environments is highly beneficial.
- Experience with Zoho people, payroll and other Zoho products is a plus.
