Euro International School, Sikar is hiring an HR Manager to own the full employee lifecycle for a 330-person CBSE institution and lead the three-person team that runs it.

About the role

We are professionalising our HR function. The HRMS is live, appraisal and occupancy trackers are running, and the recruitment funnel is tracked end to end. We don't need someone to rebuild these systems. We need someone to own them.

You'll be the first point of judgment when something goes wrong: a misconduct case, a grievance, a contested exit, an attendance exception. Those decisions stop with you. This is a lean team of four covering the entire institution, so the work is hands-on, documentation-heavy and fast.

What you'll own

- Team leadership: coach three HR executives and own their KRA delivery
- Recruitment: requisition to offer, including final-round interviews for non-teaching and senior teaching hires
- Employee relations: misconduct investigations, grievances and disciplinary cases, run independently with a defensible paper trail
- Payroll and compliance: zero-discrepancy payroll, plus compliance with Rajasthan labour law and CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws
- Onboarding and exits: documentation, no-dues and FnF, closed on time
- Appraisals:



running the annual cycle and keeping salary and occupancy data clean
- Reporting: end-of-day and weekly updates to the Chief of Staff

What you need to have
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience across recruitment, employee relations and compliance
- At least one disciplinary case, contested exit or FnF settlement that you handled yourself, not on someone else's behalf
- Working knowledge of Rajasthan labour law (Minimum Wages Act, PF, Gratuity) and CBSE Bye-Laws
- Hands-on HRMS experience and intermediate to advanced Google Sheets skills
- Based in or near Sikar, or a confirmed decision to relocate long-term

Preferred: education-sector HR experience, a POSH or labour law certification, and experience managing a small team.
