Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for 2dot2 India Private Limited. This full time, on-site role is based in Jalandhar and involves managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The person in this role will coordinate staffing needs with department heads, conduct interviews, and support workforce planning. They will handle employee relations issues, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



Additional responsibilities include organizing training and development programs, overseeing payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, and preparing HR reports for leadership.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage multiple priorities, and uphold ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory HR practices.
