WE ARE HIRING | RESOURCING MANAGER – TRICITY

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

Industry: Healthcare / Hospital

Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end healthcare recruitment
- Clinical & non-clinical hiring
- Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination
- Bulk & urgent hiring
- Recruitment consultant & stakeholder management
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Offer, documentation & onboarding coordination

Requirements:

- MBA REQUIRED
- 2–3 years of recruitment/resourcing experience
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
- Robust sourcing, communication & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/HRMS
- Tricity healthcare market knowledge preferred
