Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Lead Radiologist hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordination, documentation, onboarding, and Radiologist agreements/contracts.
- Maintain employee and Radiologist records and ensure timely HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs with the Finance & Operations teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.




- Handle employee queries, performance management, and HR-related concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce data.
- Support training, employee engagement, workforce planning, and other strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or teleradiology.
- Strong recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and employee relations skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience in Radiologist/medical skilled recruitment will be an added advantage.
