Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records, assisting in the implementation of HR policies, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities.



The intern will also help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, assist in administering basic employee advantages processes, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Advantages administration.
- Ability to support Personnel Management activities, including maintaining records and assisting with employee-related documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR-related software and databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
