About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive HR Interns to join our team in Nashik. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, employee onboarding, HR operations, and database management. You will work closely with our HR team to drive hiring targets and learn core corporate HR operations.

Internship Duration & Structure

- 3 Month & 6 Month

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Support candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and campus networks. Reach out to prospective candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email for initial screening.
- Interview Coordination: Pitch job opportunities, explain company background, follow up with candidates, and align interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Operations:



Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HR database.
- Reporting & Research: Support daily/weekly recruitment trackers, attendance updates, and research on hiring trends and benchmarks.
- Team Support: Participate in team meetings, employee engagement activities, and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Requirements

- Education: Open to freshers, undergraduates, graduates, or MBA students (HR / Management specialization preferred).
- Languages: Good spoken Hindi is mandatory. Good spoken English is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and qualified email etiquette.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active follow-up, good organizational abilities, and a positive, team-first attitude.
