Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities

.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Coordinate interviews, GD rounds, aptitude tests, and follow-ups with candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation

.

- Support the HR team in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records.

- Prepare and share HR-related communications, emails, and reports.

- Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives.

- Support other HR operations and administrative activities as required.

Who Can Apply?

- Students or fresh graduates pursuing/completed

BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a related field

- Freshers with an interest in

Human Resources and Recruitment are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
