Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily operations, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help update HR documentation, support onboarding processes,



and assist in maintaining personnel files and HR databases. Additional tasks may involve supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating basic training or orientation sessions, and helping communicate HR policies and benefits to team members.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sadar.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining HR records.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and HR-related tools or spreadsheets.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
