Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day people operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding documentation. The intern will help update and organize employee files, support the communication of HR policies, and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events. Additional tasks may include compiling HR-related reports, assisting with benefits documentation,
and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at OMA Hospital in Kurla.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support related documentation and communication.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and skilled conduct.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools and willingness to learn HR software systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kurla and interact respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
