We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical exposure to end-to-end HR operations and build a robust foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide basic employee support.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements.
- Support HR in maintaining workplace discipline, policies, and processes.
- Assist with exit formalities and other HR operational activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
- Candidates who can commit to the complete 6-month internship are preferred.
