The Role

We are looking for an HR Intern who is interested in learning how recruitment and people-related activities work within a growing business.

Recruitment will be the primary focus of this internship. You will work closely with the HR team and founders to understand and support the hiring process, from sourcing candidates through interview coordination and joining.

As part of a lean team, you will also get exposure to business coordination and general management, supporting the founders with research, follow-ups, task tracking and other day-to-day priorities when required.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who wants practical exposure to both HR and the workings of an early-stage business.

What You Will Learn & Support

Recruitment

- Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna and other hiring platforms.
- Learn how to review profiles and identify relevant candidates.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records.
- Assist with offer and joining coordination.
- Gain exposure to hiring across different roles and functions.

HR & Employee Coordination

- Assist with basic onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support simple employee coordination and HR-related tasks.
- Gain an understanding of how basic people processes work within a growing team.





Business & General Management

- Assist the founders with basic coordination and follow-ups.
- Support research and preparation of information for ongoing projects.
- Help track tasks, updates and pending action items.
- Assist with organising information and documentation.
- Gain exposure to day-to-day business priorities and how decisions are executed in a startup.

Who We Are Looking For

- Graduate or final-year student in HR, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using MS Excel.
- Eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interested in HR, recruitment, business operations or management.

Previous internship or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
