We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This internship also offers a performance-based full-time prospect.

? Role: HR Recruiter Intern
? Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
? Working Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage interview schedules
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements
- Make 60–70 calls daily to shortlist and engage with potential candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with internal teams to understand and support monthly hiring requirements
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Comfortable making 60–70 calls daily
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
- Must be based in Bangalore
