Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Gurugram.

The Human Resources

Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating documentation and compliance activities. The role involves helping with HR policy implementation, supporting HR management initiatives, and assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications. The intern will also help with basic HR data entry and reporting,



coordinate with different teams on HR-related queries, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes in a fast-growing agri-commerce environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in HR operations and organizational development.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support implementation and communication of these within the organization.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding and documentation processes.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- An interest in agri-commerce, supply chains, or impact-oriented businesses is an advantage.
