Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at FcC is a full-time, remote position supporting the HR team in daily operations.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. The intern will help maintain employee records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may involve coordinating employee benefits information, preparing HR-related documentation, and responding to routine HR inquiries.
The role also includes participation in HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement, compliance, and overall personnel management.
