Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in an on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, helping maintain employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes. The intern will contribute to organizing HR documentation, updating HR databases, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks may involve coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting benefits-related queries, and collaborating with HR team members on various projects.





This is an internship role designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions and workflows.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, with the ability to support basic HR operations.

- Knowledge of HR Management practices and HR Policies, including exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

- Awareness of Employee Benefits and related processes, with an interest in employee welfare and engagement.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and databases.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and applicants.

- Ability to work in office in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and willingness to learn HR software.
