Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate the next stages of the interview process.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview schedules.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
