Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations for the on-site office located in Lucknow. This full-time role includes assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help with HR policy documentation, onboarding support, and coordination of employee perks and engagement initiatives.





Additional responsibilities include preparing HR reports, supporting personnel management activities, and collaborating with different departments to address routine HR queries. The role offers exposure to core HR processes in a regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Benefits.
- Interest or experience in Personnel Management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with using HR-related software or databases.
