Role Description

The Human Resources Intern is a full-time, remote role that supports the HR team in daily operations and projects.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR documents, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and maintaining employee data. Additional tasks may include assisting with onboarding processes, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and preparing reports or presentations for HR management.

The role offers exposure to core HR functions and provides practical experience in a professional, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications :

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits,



with the ability to support policy documentation and employee queries.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working remotely, using digital tools for collaboration, and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); experience with HR or ATS tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
