Role: HR Intern - Recruitment
Duration: 6 months
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
Work Model: In office

About the Role:
Join Anupam Finserv’s HR team and gain hands-on experience in building and managing recruitment processes from the ground up. You will work closely with the CEO, CBO, and the wider leadership team, taking ownership of key recruitment activities while working in a young and fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and help build the team for the company’s future growth.
Based on performance and contribution during the internship,
candidates may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with Anupam Finserv.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate sourcing and recruitment through LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling through Google Calendar and Calendly, along with maintaining relevant recruitment documents on Google Drive and Asana.
- Coordinate and onboard external recruitment partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Comfortable using AI tools and recruitment/scheduling software.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
