Book An Artist is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and people management.

You’ll work closely with the team and get exposure to the day-to-day functioning of HR in a growing, technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, joining formalities, and orientation.
- Assist in coordinating employee training, development, and learning initiatives.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, team events, and internal initiatives to build a positive work culture.
- Help with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets/Internal Tools.




- Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and people operations.
- Previous internship or academic experience in HR/recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
