Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Brandessence® Market Research is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.



The intern will assist in updating and implementing HR policies, learning about HR compliance, and helping coordinate training and development activities. This role offers exposure to HR data management, basic reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to understanding and supporting HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace.

Internship Period: 6 Months Stipend: 10,000/ Month
