Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and information in our HRIS system.
- Assist with employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documents.
- Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience at Myfollo.
