About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for graduates or MBA/BBA students who want hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Administration.
During the internship, you’ll work closely with the HR team and gain practical exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a professional work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Update HR databases, trackers, and reports.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or pursuing MBA/BBA/PGDM (HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.
