Role: HR Generalist / Business Partnering

Key Responsibilities / KPIs:

- Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding of employees.
- Performance Management System (PMS): Driving performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, performance tracking, employee feedback, and performance review coordination.
- Learning & Development (L&D;): Identifying training needs, coordinating learning interventions,



tracking training effectiveness, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- HR Generalist Activities: Employee engagement, employee relations, policy implementation, grievance handling, HR operations, compliance support, and stakeholder management.
- Business Partnering & Organizational Alignment: Supporting management in driving organizational objectives by aligning employee goals with business targets, ensuring performance accountability, enhancing employee productivity, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
