? We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Generalist

Lapree Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Generalist to manage HR Operations, End-to-End Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Labour Law, Recruitment and Staffing Client Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Lapree Services as well as staffing-service clients.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, salary inputs and Full & Final Settlement.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Manage labour law requirements, statutory records, registers and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with staffing clients regarding payroll, attendance, compliance and employee-related matters.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
- Manage employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare HR/payroll MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with clients, employees, consultants and statutory authorities as required.





Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Payroll / Staffing.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good practical knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.
- Experience handling staffing/client payroll will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR and payroll activities.
