Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintenance of personnel records, and support for performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Generalist assists in implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and handling routine employee queries. The role also supports recruitment activities, HR documentation and compliance,



and coordination of employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with managers and project teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist HR functions.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
- Familiarity with HR documentation, compliance practices, and basic labor laws relevant to the construction industry.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams on-site.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based organizations.
