Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanchipuram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes.

The Human Resources

Generalist will administer HR policies, coordinate employee benefits, and handle benefits-related queries. The role also includes supporting HR compliance, assisting in employee relations, coordinating training initiatives,



and partnering with management to improve workplace culture and engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist HR functions.
- Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies that align with organizational objectives and local regulations.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, updates, and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
