Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with HR policy implementation.

Generalist will coordinate employee benefits and assist with benefits administration, manage attendance and leave records, and support performance management processes.



The role includes handling employee queries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, assisting in recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR procedures. Collaboration with management and staff to foster a positive, inclusive work environment is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations and processes.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and ability to assist in policy implementation and compliance.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Perks Administration to manage and communicate benefits programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate HR records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing, technology environment and hospitality
