What you will do -
- Plan and run employee engagement activities that bring together colleagues in Bangalore and across India
- Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through employee transitions
- Help recent hires feel welcomed, connected, and ready to contribute
- Support employees and managers with HR questions, employee relations matters, and policy guidance
- Coordinate performance and feedback processes,
keeping follow-ups on track
- Maintain accurate employee records and help improve HR processes as the team grows
- Listen to employee feedback, spot opportunities to improve the experience, and turn ideas into action
What we are looking for -
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist
- Strong experience in employee engagement, including planning and delivering activities end to end
- Practical exposure to HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies
- Clear & Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust across teams
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and ownership of your work
- Comfort working in a growing startup where priorities can move quickly
- Availability to work from our Jayanagar, Bangalore office 3 days a week
