About the RoleRMH Advisors is looking for a proactive and organised HR & People Coordinator to support the day-to-day people function of our growing CA firm.
This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or early-career HR professional who wants hands-on exposure to the complete HR function — recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policies, workplace discipline, documentation and people processes.
You will work closely with the HR/People consultant and the firm's leadership team and will play an important role in ensuring that HR processes are actually implemented on the ground.
This is not a purely desk-based HR administration role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to employees, following up with people, maintaining discipline, solving small problems independently and taking ownership of getting things done.
What You Will Do1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain the hiring tracker and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate documentation, offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Follow up with candidates to improve joining ratios.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave and employee movements.
- Support payroll inputs and monthly HR data preparation.
- Maintain HR trackers and MIS.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities.
- Ensure employee files and documentation are complete.
- Follow up on pending HR actions.

Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate birthday, work anniversary and team activities.
- Help organise employee meetings, workshops and internal events.
- Collect employee feedback and highlight recurring concerns.
- Support initiatives to improve workplace communication and employee experience.

Workplace
Discipline & Policy ImplementationThis is an important part of the role.
- Help implement RMH's workplace policies and processes.
- Monitor adherence to workplace expectations.
- Follow up on attendance, punctuality and workplace discipline.
- Address day-to-day issues such as mobile usage,
AirPods, workplace hygiene, common-area etiquette and office practices.
- Escalate recurring or sensitive issues to the HR/People consultant or leadership.
- Communicate HR policies clearly to employees.
- Maintain records of policy-related actions and follow-ups.
5. HR Process & Documentation
- Help implement HR processes and systems.
- Maintain HR checklists, trackers and SOPs.
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate goal-setting and review documentation.
- Track completion of HR initiatives.
- Help identify gaps in existing people processes and suggest practical improvements.
6. HR MIS & ReportingMaintain regular reports covering:
- Headcount
- Hiring status
- Attendance
- Leave
- Attrition
- Open positions
- Joining status
- Employee documentation
- Performance review status
- HR action items
The expectation is not just to maintain data, but to spot gaps and flag them proactively.
- Founder's Office / People SupportYou will work closely with the HR/People consultant and leadership team on people-related priorities.
This may include
- Following up on action items.
- Coordinating between employees and management.
- Preparing basic reports and presentations.
- Collecting information from different departments.
- Conducting employee check-ins.
- Helping implement new policies and processes.
- Supporting special HR projects.
- Ensuring that decisions taken by leadership are followed through.
What We Are Looking ForMust Have
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking to employees at different levels.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from the office and be hands-on.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive and professional attitude.
