Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities include supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development activities, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role will handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and workplace culture improvement.

The Human Resources

Executive will also collaborate with leadership and team managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment of HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations and administration, such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and supporting payroll coordination.
- Candidates should possess employee relations and engagement skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and organizing engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, with the ability to support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with management and team members at all levels.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and priorities efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a digital marketing or rapid-paced service environment, will be beneficial.
