- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Employee records & documentation
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- HR compliance & statutory documentation
- Support joining, induction & exit formalities
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Manufacturing/Auto industry experience preferred
- Positive communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel & HR processes
