Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gandhinagar.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, and attendance and leave administration. The role involves maintaining HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations, handling routine HR queries, and assisting in performance management processes. The individual will coordinate training initiatives, ensure compliance with labor regulations,



and collaborate with management to support a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for overseeing core HR functions and supporting organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies for managing daily HR processes and maintaining compliant, up-to-date guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations for fostering a supportive work environment, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between team members and management.
- Candidates should have robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or service industries, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Working knowledge of labor laws, HR software or ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office tools will be an advantage.
