Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Rajkot.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintenance of employee records. The role involves supporting the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures, and assisting with performance management and appraisal processes.



The person in this position will handle employee relations activities such as addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Additional responsibilities may include organizing training and development initiatives, supporting payroll inputs, and collaborating with management on workforce planning and HR reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess practical HR Operations skills, such as handling employee data, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor law basics, and compliance requirements, with the ability to support policy implementation and adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
