Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will work closely with management and different departments to support hiring, employee management, documentation, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll-related information and documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain recruitment and employee databases.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates.




- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Experience in garment, textile, apparel, retail, or FMCG industries will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits
