We're looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our People & Culture team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Provide day-to-day support for HR operations, documentation, and employee records.




- Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Passion for learning and growing in the HR domain.
