- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment
- Understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals Naukri, Hirst, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines to fulfill current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closures and a high submission-to-selection ratio.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of core IT technologies and roles such as Developers QA and DevOps Expertise in using ATS platforms,
sourcing tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and internal databases for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate smoothly with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, work under pressure, and ensure timely closures.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused, with a consistent track record of maintaining strong candidate pipelines
