Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive Recruitment role based in Surat. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various positions across the organization.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth and timely recruitment lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, supporting onboarding processes,



ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role also includes participation in HR operations such as maintaining employee records, assisting with performance management cycles, and supporting employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
- Experience in HR Operations, with the ability to manage recruitment workflows, maintain HR documentation, and support onboarding activities.
- Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the capability to support a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, with robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or tech/ecommerce workplace.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and standard office productivity software.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and meet deadlines.
