About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive / HR Manager to join our growing team at Vellaxy Tech Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
- Manage employee joining and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Track attendance, leaves and employee information
- Coordinate with team members regarding HR-related requirements
- Support employee engagement and team activities
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes
- Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management




- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring requirements

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
