Position Details:

Role: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad II Plant

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / MHRM or equivalent

Experience: 3–6 Years

Relevant Experience:



Experience in manufacturing / engineering / automobile / industrial products / process industries with hands-on exposure to plant HR operations, employee relations, contract labour and statutory compliance.

:

To manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensure effective employee engagement and manpower deployment, maintain statutory compliance, and support business and plant requirements through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

A. HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant.
- Maintain employee master data, personal files and HR records.
- Handle attendance, leave, shift and manpower-related processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions and other HR inputs.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.

B. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Coordinate recruitment for plant positions, including operators, technicians, staff and executives.
- Prepare manpower requisitions and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor manpower requirements against approved manpower plans.

C. Employee Relations

- Maintain healthy employee-management relations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with the HR Head.
- Conduct employee interaction meetings and shop-floor visits.
- Support disciplinary proceedings and documentation as per company policy.
- Monitor absenteeism, attrition and employee concerns.

D. Contract Labour Management

- Manage contract labour deployment and documentation.




- Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower, attendance and statutory requirements.
- Verify contractor compliance documents.
- Monitor contract labour attendance, wages and statutory benefits.
- Support contractor audits and compliance reviews.

E. Statutory Compliance

- Support compliance under applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and returns.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable compliances.
- Support labour inspections and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance related to working hours, overtime, leave and employment records.

F. Performance Management & Training

- Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
- Support identification of training needs.
- Prepare and monitor training calendars.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluation.
- Coordinate induction and employee development programs.

G. Employee Engagement & Welfare

- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support welfare initiatives, celebrations and employee communication.
- Coordinate health check-ups, awareness programs and welfare activities.
- Promote employee participation and positive workplace culture.

H. HR MIS & Analytics

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
- Track manpower, absenteeism, overtime, attrition, recruitment and other HR KPIs.
- Prepare HR dashboards and management presentations.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to the Plant HR Head.

I. Safety & Plant Coordination

- Coordinate with EHS and Production teams on employee-related safety requirements.
- Ensure HR support for safety training and awareness programs.
- Monitor statutory training requirements related to employees.
- Support emergency preparedness and employee welfare activities.
