Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Fashion Up Retail Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Howrah. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and facilitating engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws,



and collaborating with management to support workforce planning and talent development. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as handling employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR software usage.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication with diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in office in Howrah; experience in retail or fast-paced environments; proficiency in MS Office and basic HR analytics.
