Domain: Micro Banking

Languages Known: English, Hindi & Marathi

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

? Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within the Micro Finance / Micro Banking domain.

? Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Mass Recruitment.

? Solid exposure to HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.

? Willingness to relocate anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

? Manpower planning and placement as per the requirements of the Micro Banking Channel for the assigned region.





? Managing employee onboarding in line with bank policies and processes.

? Ensuring smooth Employee Lifecycle Management.

? Managing Employee Performance Management across the Micro Banking Channel.

? Handling HR Operations for the assigned region.

? Supporting the Corporate HR / L&D; team in implementing policies, procedures, and training programs across the channel.

? Coordinating with the business to ensure employee engagement and improve overall employee productivity.
