Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee performance evaluations and professional development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Assist in strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and team leaders. Collaborate with management to develop competitive compensation packages. Facilitate training programs and employee development workshops. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction.
Requirements &
Skills Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records. Empathy and a positive attitude toward employee concerns and needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
